任職要求：
Quality system audit, process audit on supplier. PPAP on tower material. Assure high quality of production in coordination with the purchasing department in terms of cost and delivery time required by the company Evaluate supplier performance according to SGRE procedure. Perform periodic inspections in suppliers to guarantee the quality of the goods. Follow up NCR 8D that supplier responsibal. Evaluation and resolution of non-conformities. Able to use normal gauges used in machanical suppliers. Sometimes laser measurement equipment, ultrasonic equipment, paint thickness measuring machine, color and brightness measurement equipment. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Welding. (Master Degree is prefered.)
Good knowledge of QHSE systems. (Auditor certificate on ISO9001:2015 is prefered.)
Good command in steel metallurgy knowledge is required.
Good command in English is needed: conversation, reading and writing.
Good command in APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP.
Experience on ASME code for NDE or on European Quality Standards.
Availability for traveling.
Basic knowledge of NDT 無損檢測 techniques: Visual, Liquid Penetrant, Magnetic Particle and Ultrasonic test. (NDT level II is prefered. )
