1. Supports china factories commodity strategies by identifying sources and sourcing materials to meet company cost/quality/delivery objectives.
開發(fā)采購(gòu)資源，采購(gòu)符合公司成本/質(zhì)量/交貨期目標(biāo)的材料，以此來支持中國(guó)工廠的產(chǎn)品策略
2. Liaison with current sourcing team to develop new resources into supply base
與現(xiàn)在的采購(gòu)小組合作開發(fā)新的資源，加入我們的供應(yīng)鏈
3. Proactively manages company exposure to local commodity markets and provides visibility to the impact of market moves on company financial performance
有預(yù)見性的開展本地產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)的開發(fā)并根據(jù)市場(chǎng)行情變化提供預(yù)測(cè)以及對(duì)公司財(cái)務(wù)狀況的影響
4. Understands and effectively communicates LED lighting business trends that include technology and business footprints of the related materials
了解影響LED燈具業(yè)務(wù)趨勢(shì)的相關(guān)材料的技術(shù)和價(jià)格變化并做充分溝通
5. Determines best cost sources of supply from south-China possibilities
在華南地區(qū)尋找成本最優(yōu)的供應(yīng)商
6. Conducts strategic contract negotiations and establishes purchasing agreements against which the plants will release specific program requirements
與供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行策略性合同談判，并根據(jù)工廠的要求訂立采購(gòu)協(xié)議
7. Ensure
